Incorporase a la red de carreteras nacionales, con las mismas formalidades y reglamentaciones de que trata la Ley 12 de 1949 , el sector carreteable que partiendo del sitio llamado "La Palma", en la Troncal Central del Huila y en el sector comprendido entre Altamira-Timana, que comunica con el rio Magdalena en el lugar llamado "Paso de Maito", a ocho (8) kilómetros de la mencionada Carretera Troncal Central.
