Prohibición del ejercicio de un arte, profesión u oficio. Siempre que se cometa un delito con abuso del ejercicio de un arte, profesión u oficio o contraviniendo las obligaciones que de ese ejercicio se deriven, el juez al imponer la pena, podrá privar al responsable del derecho de ejercer el mencionado arte, profesión u oficio, hasta por un término de cinco (5) años .
