Los Consejos Estarán Integrados De Manera General Así: 1

Decreto 1494 de 1998 · por el cual se reglamentan los Consejos Nacionales de las Artes y de la Cultura y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Los Consejos estarán integrados de manera general así

El Ministro de Cultura o su delegado que será el Director Nacional del Ministerio en la respectiva área.

Un (1) representante designado por el Ministerio de Cultura.

Tres (3) representantes elegidos democráticamente, mediante los mecanismos de participación y representatividad que señale el Ministerio de Cultura en la reglamentación de cada Consejo.

Parágrafo

Los representantes a que se refieren los numerales 2 y 3 de este artículo deberán ser personas ampliamente reconocidas en la respectiva manifestación cultural.
