Para los efectos de la Ley 81 de 1931, las Intendencias y Comisarías se adscriben a los Departamentos, así: el Chocó, a Antioquia; San Andrés y Providencia, a Bolívar; el Meta, Arauca, Vichada y Vaupés, a Cundinamarca; el Caquetá, al Huila; La Goajira, (sic) al Magdalena, y el Putumayo, a Nariño.
Parágrafo
En la Intendencia del Amazonas el Administrador de Aduana y Hacienda Nacional ejercerá las funciones señaladas en al Ley 81 y en el presente Decreto a los Administradores de Rentas Nacionales de los Departamentos.
