Si alguna de las causas de inhabilidad, espresadas en el artículo precedente, no se manifestare en el aspecto o comportacion de un testigo, i se ignorare jeneralmente en el lugar donde el testamento se otorga, fundándose la opinion contraria en hechos positivos i públicos, no se invalidará el testamento por la inhabilidad real del testigo.

Pero la habilidad putativa no podrá servir sino a uno solo de los testigos.
