De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1 de la Ley 7 de 1944 , el "Protocolo Adicional a la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos en materia de Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales ' Protocolo de San Salvador ', suscrito en San Salvador el 17 de noviembre de 1988, que por el artículo primero de esta Ley se aprueba, obligara al país a partir de la fecha en que se perfeccione el vinculo internacional respecto del mismo.
