Artículo único. A los señores Santos García i José de Jesus Moreno se les pagarán las pensiones de que gozan, del mismo modo que se pagan las de los militares de la Independencia, en consideracion a los servicios que han prestado a la República desde los años de 1824 i 1826 i a que hicieron la campaña contra las últimas partidas realistas en Venezuela hasta 1827.
