Facúltase al Gobierno para adquirir el inmueble a que se refiere el artículo 1°, o para que sin sujeción a las reglas relativas a la residencia de la parte demandada, proceda a la expropiación correspondiente, pudiendo dictar cuantas medidas considere necesarias para el cabal y oportuno cumplimiento de esta Ley.
