° Los que infringieren las reglamentaciones que se dicten en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de este Decreto, incurrirán en multas de cinco a cien pesos, pudiéndose, en caso de reincidencia, suspender en el uso de la patente al respectivo empleado de a bordo, temporal o definitivamente. Estas sanciones podrán imponerlas los empleados que se mencionan en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto.
