En los trabajos que dependan de empresarios, industriales o cualquiera otra clase de capitalistas cuyo capital no alcance a mil pesos ($ 1.000) oro, no están obligados a pagar por indemnización de accidentes de trabajo sino la asistencia medica de que habla el Artículo 7o. de esta Ley.
