° Intermediación Aduanera. Constituyen actuaciones de intermediación aduanera las intervenciones procesales efectuadas en nombre y por encargo de terceros, importadores o exportadores, para adelantar y/o culminar trámites, operaciones y procesos de despacho, almacenamiento y tránsito de mercancías.
