Decreto 21 de 2014 · por el cual se expide el régimen de las situaciones administrativas en las que se pueden encontrar los servidores públicos de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y de sus entidades adscritas.

Interrupción . Cuando el servidor se encuentre disfrutando sus vacaciones, las mismas se interrumpirán por alguna de las siguientes causales

Incapacidad por enfermedad, riesgos laborales, maternidad o paternidad, siempre y cuando se aporte certificado médico expedido por la EPS o la ARL a la que el servidor se encuentra afiliado.

Otorgamiento de una comisión.

Llamamiento a filas.

Por suspensión en el ejercicio del cargo o declaratoria de insubsistencia.

Excepcionalmente por necesidades del servicio debidamente justificadas.

Licencia por luto.
