Articulo 42. Para el retiro de laZona Franca de mercancias u otros efectos el interesado debera presentar por quintuplicado la solicitud respectiva a la Gerencia en los formularios señalados por esta. La Gerencia en cada caso remitira un ejemplar de esas solicitudes de la Administracion de la Aduana.
