º . Porcentajes de asignación . En la vigencia 2008, para la asignación de los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones en Salud que financian la prestación de los servicios de salud a la población pobre no asegurada y las actividades no cubiertas con subsidios a la demanda que, de acuerdo con lo señalado en los artículos 5º y 6º del Decreto 2878 de 2007, debe efectuarse entre los departamentos, distritos y municipios, se utilizará el mismo porcentaje que fuera definido para la distribución de 2007.
