Modificación de convenciones colectivas. Con el objeto de armonizar las convenciones o pactos colectivos de trabajo a las disposiciones de la Ley 100 de 1993, los trabajadores y empleadores podrán ejercer el derecho de denuncia que les asiste y el tribunal de arbitramento, si se llegaré a convocar tendrá la facultad de dirimir las diferencias, aún cuando la denuncia solo hubiere sido presentada por una de las partes, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 11 de dicha Ley.
