El hospital que por la presente ley se establece estará supervigilado por la dirección nacional de higiene, de la cual podrá ser un dependencia; pero la administración y gobierno de establecimiento estarán a cargó de una Junta Directiva compuesta del intendente, que la presidirá; el Director Intendencias de Higiene, y el Médico jefe del hospital.
