º Producida la elección del órgano de administración y designado el representante legal del organismo deportivo, se solicitará su inscripción ante el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte o la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes, según corresponda, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la misma y se acompañará copia auténtica del acta de la asamblea en la cual se produjo le elección y si se trata de un comité ejecutivo, el acta de la sesión en la cual se designó su presidente.
