Art. 3.º Cuando se pidan certificaciones, informes y declaraciones fuera de juicio, se pagará por el interesado cinco centavos ($0.50) oro por toda la certificación ó informe que no pase de medio pliego escrito por ambos lados, con el mismo número de renglones y palabras de que trata el artículo anterior; y diez centavos ($0.10) más por cada plana que la certificación contenga. Por cada declaración se pagarán diez centavos ($0.10) oro, cualquiera que sea su extensión. Estos derechos corresponderán al Secretario.
