Las cooperativas existentes a la fecha de la sanción de la ley 0134 de 1931 no necesitarán constituir junta provisional. Las gestiones para obtener la autorización ejecutiva y la aprobación de los estatutos podrán hacerse por el Gerente o Representante debidamente nombrado. Dichas sociedades deberán acomodarse, dentro de un año, contado desde la promulgación de la ley 0134, a las disposiciones de dicha Ley; las que no lo hicieren incurrirán en las sanciones establecidas en esa Ley y en el presente Decreto.
