Las Cámaras de Comerció del país podrán formar confederaciones de Cámaras de Comercio por la reunión de un cincuenta por ciento por lo menos, de las Cámaras del mismo ramo, sea por invitación que haga la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá o por iniciativa de tres o más Cámaras. Las reuniones se harán en la capital de la República o en el lugar que determine la Mayoría de las Cámaras que habrán de concurrir.
