º. El auxilio funerario deque trata el artículo 16 del Decreto extraordinario 603 de 1977, en ningún caso podrá ser inferior al salario mínimo legal vigente en el momento del fallecimiento. El pago se efectuará mediante la presentación de los comprobantes respectivos debidamente autenticados, a la persona que demuestre haber sufragado los gastos funerarios.
