Art. 13. Es aplicable lo dispuesto en el capítulo 10 del Código que se adopta, á los individuos que hayan obtenido posesión de una mina antes de la vigencia de esta ley, sin que para obtener la revalidación del titulo tengan obligación de satisfacer derecho alguno.
