Art. 8.° El Comisario designará para residencia de la Comisaría el lugar de Narganá, o el de Cartí, o el de Sasardí, o cualquier otro de la tribu, según lo juzgue mas conveniente, teniendo en cuenta las facilidades para el ejercicio de sus funciones i para el establecimiento de un correo entre ese lugar i cualquiera de las ciudades de Colon o Panamá.
