Art. 2.° Autorízase igualmente al Poder Ejecutivo para pagar a Gustavo Liebel, en los mismos términos, los bonos (importantes £ 6,100) que dice haber comprado de los que por £ 49,600 tocaron a Robinson i Fleming segun el convenio referido, siempre que Liebel compruebe haber hecho la compra ántes de conocerse en Lóndres la órden sobre suspension del pago de todos los bonos emitidos a virtud del misino convenio.
