El Contralor General de la República o el funcionario en quien él delegue, fijará el valor de los viáticos diarios teniendo en cuenta la asignación mensual del funcionario comisionado, la naturaleza de los asuntos que le sean confiados y el lugar donde debe llevarse a cabo la labor, hasta por las cantidades señaladas en el artículo anterior.
