La empresa conservará su capacidad jurídica para los actos inherentes a la liquidación y cualquier acto u operación ajeno a ésta comprometerá la responsabilidad solidaria del liquidador y del Fiscal. En consecuencia, no podrá iniciar nuevas operaciones en desarrollo de su objetivo, pero será deber del liquidador continuar y concluir aquellas pendientes a la fecha de disolución.
