Artículo noveno. El producto de los gravámenes establecidos en los artículos 12 y 13 del Decreto Legislativo 0272 de 1957, lo empleará la empresa en realizar y promover las campañas necesarias al fomento del turismo, mediante planes que llevarán el visto bueno del Ministerio de Fomento.

Parágrafo

Para el ejercicio social 1958, y por una sola vez se permitirá a la Empresa la inversión hasta del quince por ciento (15%) del producto de los impuestos contemplados en los Artículos 12 y 13 del Decreto Legislativo No. 0272 para atender sus gastos de instalación, organización y administración.
