Los títulos a que se refiere el artículo 16 de la Ley 1ª de 1937, deberán presentarse por conducto de la Inspección Nacional de Bananos, oficina que dará recibo detallado a cada interesado de los documentos que se le entreguen y llevará un registro especial, en donde se anotarán estos títulos. La Inspección Nacional de Bananos enviará al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio los títulos que le sean presentados, inmediatamente después de haberlos registrado. Comuníquese y publíquese.
