Dependencia de las Oficinas Consulares Honorarias . Las Oficinas Consulares Honorarias dependerán de la Misión Diplomática acreditada o concurrente ante el Estado receptor para los asuntos políticos, económicos, comerciales y culturales; en materia consular, estarán sujetas a las instrucciones que imparta la Oficina Consular de carrera a la que corresponda atender la circunscripción donde se encuentren.
