º. En desarrollo de los artículos anteriores el Instituto de Crédito Territorial destinará el total de las inversiones hechas por las Cajas o Secciones de Ahorros a la construcción de habitaciones. La inversión en cada casa no podrá exceder de $20.000.oo incluyendo el valor del lote, y serán adjudicadas principalmente a los depositantes de ahorros, conforme a las regulaciones que se dicten.
