De las condiciones para el reconocimiento de personería jurídica. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 20 de la Ley 10 de 1990 es condición esencial para el reconocimiento de personería jurídica a las fundaciones o instituciones de utilidad común y a las asociaciones o corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro, cuyo objeto sea la prestación del servicio de salud, que las entidades que se pretendan organizar, reúnan las condiciones de calidad tecnológica y científica para la prestación del servicio de suficiencia patrimonial y de capacidad técnico-administrativa, previstas en la ley y en este Decreto.
