El auxilio para sueldos se les pagará por mensualidades vencidas, respectivamente, á las personas que nombre la Academia para el desempeño de los cargos de Secretario, Secretario Auxiliar y Escribiente. El referente á material se le cubrirá al Tesorero de la Academia, por cuatrimestres anticipados.
