Desobediencia de personal retirado. El oficial o suboficial en retiro temporal o de reserva que no se presentare a la unidad correspondiente el día señalado en los decretos de movilización o de llamamiento especial al servicio, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a dos (2) años.
