De la autoridad competente para celebración de contratos . Los contratos que se celebren con cargo a los presupuestos de las Superintendencias, serán adjudicados y suscritos por los Ministros a cuyo despacho se halle adscrita la respectiva entidad y se someterán a las reglas establecidas en el presente estatuto.
