Artículo único . Nómbrase Ministros del Despacho Ejecutivo : Para el Despacho de Relaciones Exteriores, al Sr. General D. Jorge Holguín ; Para el Despacho de Hacienda, al Sr. D. Ruperto Ferreira ; Para el Despacho de Guerra, al Sr. Dr. D. Pedro Antonio Molina ; Para el Despacho de Instrucción Pública, al Sr. Dr. D Rafael M. Carrasquilla ; Para el Despacho del Tesoro, al Sr. D. Manuel Ponce de León, debiendo quedar provisionalmente encargado también del de Hacienda, en ausencia del nuevo Ministro electo Sr. Ferrerira. Comuníquese y publíquese
