El personal de tripulaciones de trenes, conductores, enganchadores, freneros y aseadores, se asimila, para los efectos de la pensión mensual vitalicia de jubilación al personal de casillas de locomotoras.

Asímismo el personal de las secciones de herrería y de calderería de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales se asimila, para el reconocimiento de esta misma prestación, al personal de soldadura eléctrica y autógena de que trata el articulo 6° de la Ley 49 de 1943 .
