Dotación anual, inicial y adicional de vestuario y equipo. El Oficial o Suboficial en servicio activo, puede retirar prendas de los respectivos Almacenes Militares, en las condiciones, cantidades y valores que anualmente fije el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Esta partida es acumulable de un (1) año para otro, pero no es reconocible en dinero. El derecho a hacer uso de ella se pierde a partir de la fecha de la disposición que cause el retiro del servicio activo o la separación del Oficial o Suboficial.
