La Comisión de Precios del Petróleo y del Gas Natural ejercerá las funciones señaladas en el presente Decreto, previa audiencia de los explotadores. Para los fines de este artículo se citará a los interesados, indicando los puntos que vayan a tratarse. La citación deberá hacerse 8 días antes de la reunión de la Comisión con los interesados, a fin de que éstos puedan preparar los estudios y documentos necesarios.
