Art. 40. Todos los autos definitivos que dicte un Contador en el examen de una cuenta general correspondiente á Oficina de manejo establecida permanentemente ó sin duración determinada, y en el examen definitivo de una cuenta especial rendida por empleados de indefinida duración ó por particulares que hayan desempeñado alguna comisión, serán consultados con la Sala, si no fueren apelados.
