Nómbrase como Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público ad hoc al doctor Luis Carlos Valenzuela Delgado, Ministro de Minas y Energía, para que conozca y adopte la decisión final que corresponda, en la sesión del Comité Nacional de Cafeteros que deba deliberar sobre quién deberá y en qué proporción, asumir las contingencias de los pasivos pensionales del Banco Cafetero, en el evento en que la suma estimada en el cálculo acturial resultare insuficiente.
