Artículo duodécimo. La violación de lo dispuesto en cualquiera de los artículos segundo, cuarto, quinto o sexto de este Decreto hará incurrir al Rector o Director del respectivo establecimiento en multa de quinientos ($500) a dos mil ($2.000) pesos, que impondrá el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE), a favor del Tesoro Nacional, por medio de resolución motivada.
