Los Municipios que en lo futuro se erijan, y los que se hayan omitido en la enumeración del artículo 1.º de esta Ley, formarán parte de la Circunscripción a que pertenece la respectiva Provincia, pero si no integraren Provincia alguna, corresponderán al Distrito Electoral a que pertenecía la capital del Municipio o Municipios de que fueron segregados.
