º En las unidades de la Flotilla Postal del Meta no podrán transportarse gratuitamente ni pasajeros ni carga, salvo en casos excepcionales y mediante autorización escrita firmada por el Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos. Esta prohibición se hace extensiva a toda clase de carga, inclusive la que sea de propiedad del personal de la Flotilla.
