Auxilio especial de transporte. Los citadores y mensajeros de la Fiscalía General de la Nación tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 32 del Decreto número 717 de 1978, así:

a. Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes: ciento cuarenta y dos mil sete cientos sesenta y tres pesos ($142.763) m/cte., mensuales.

b. Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes: ochenta y nueve mil novecientos noventa y cuatro pesos ($89.994) moneda corriente, mensuales.

c. Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes: cin cuenta y siete mil ciento setenta y tres pesos ($57.173) moneda corriente, mensuales.
