Trámite único. Cuando la solicitud de concesión de servicio portador lleve involucrada autorización para el establecimiento de una red propia, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones deberá estudiarlas al tiempo, bajo un mismo procedimiento y resolverlas en un solo acto administrativo. En este caso, la licencia de concesión y la autorización de la red deberán estar contenidas en una misma resolución y su trámite a partir de la solicitud, en ningún caso podrá exceder el término máximo señalado en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
