Créase en la estación de La Picota, un pabellón escolar, para la educación agrícola de los hijos de los trabajadores nacionales, que utilice para agricultura y la industria, educativamente, los campos de experimentación y laboratorios de esta granja modelo.

Parágrafo

Este pabellón escolar llevará el nombre de Dámaso Zapata, y tendrá en su aula principal, en mármol o bronce, la estatua o busto del gran educador Dámaso Zapata .
