Los miembros de la Comisión Fiscal no devengarán sueldos ni emolumento alguno, mientras actúen en el país; pero si el Gobierno, de acuerdo con la Comisión , creyere necesario el envío al Exterior de uno de los miembros de ésta, gozará el enviado de un sueldo mensual de mil pesos ($1.000) en oro, y de igual suma como viáticos de ida y regreso.
