Si el fallo de la Corte ordenare la revisión de la causa, el nuevo proceso se. seguirá en un Juzgado ó Tribunal distinto del primitivo, que designará la Corte misma. Si la Corte negare la revisión del proceso, quedarán en el archivo de aquella corporación las diligencias respectivas.
