Aumento de la diferencia entre el valor del Presupuesto Per Cápita y la Unidad de Pago por Capitación del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud. Aumentar la diferencia entre el valor del Presupuesto Per cápita para el Sector Defensa (PPCD) y la Unidad de Pago por Capitación del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud de la Ley 100 de 1993 (UPC), del veinte por ciento (20%) al veinticinco por ciento (25%) para apoyar a la financiación del Plan de Servicios de Sanidad Policial de los afiliados cotizantes y sus beneficiarios del Subsistema de Salud de la Policía Nacional.
