El tránsito de peatones por las vías públicas se hará por fuera de las zonas destinadas al tránsito de vehículos. Cuando un peatón requiera cruzar una vía vehicular, lo hará respetando las señales de tránsito y cerciorándose de que no existe peligro para hacerlo.
